四、铸铁镶铜方闸门选用须知：
 
　　1、选用闸门时应注明H值（闸门中心至启闭机底部平台高度）；

　　2、启闭机应依据表中启闭力及自动化水平确定，详细可参考启闭机样本。

　　3、平台设计负荷应思索正反双向接受（封闭力参考开启力）。

　　4、轴导架是依据井深不同而设定的，设计时应与联轴器不干预；

　　5、任务时整条螺杆，联轴器、闸板都做上下挪动爲明杆闸门，任务是螺杆不挪动，闸板上下挪动称爲暗杆闸门。

　　6、方向承压闸门应选用时应注明，正向承压闸门当用于随受麼向水压时，水头应<2.5m;

　　7、暗杆闸门宜装于景色区或路途两头的窖井内，此种闸门自带开启安装，不需公用启闭机；

　　8、订货时应注明H，并注明独自闸门（与配套启闭机）的详细称号、型号、规格；

　　9、本厂可承制其它资料（不锈钢、碳钢、铝合金、塑料）或特殊形工闸门；

　　10、本厂供货不含任何预埋件。

　　11、本厂所提供样本如有修订不另行告诉。

五、铸铁镶铜闸门用处：

　　铸铁镶铜方闸门又名铸铁闸门，次要用于给排水、防汛、灌溉、水利、水电工程中，用来截止、疏浚水流或起调理水位的作用，依据建立部通用规范和美国AWWA规范设计消费。它采用共同的外弧形设计，构造合理、受力平均，采用优质灰口铸铁或球墨铸铁、不锈钢制造，止水密封面镶铜条或橡胶，并经精细加工后配研，到达立体接触密封，密封功能好，当密封止水功能下降时，可经过楔块安装的调整加以处理。
